The Basic Edition is available for download in a locked stack format, and is compressed into a .zip archive.
LCCommunity If you are using LiveCode Community Edition, the Basic version of the XML Library WILL NOT WORK for you. This is because the Community Edition cannot open locked stacks. We are looking into how to make a Basic version that will work with the Community Edition, but until that time your only option is to purchase the Standard Edition - and if it for some reason does not work for you, contact us about getting a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience...
