List Fields: Scrolling Fields in RealPC Have Redraw Issues

It turns out that running MC/Revolution under RealPC on a Macintosh can produce redraw issues for scrolling fields. Here is an example, provided by Eric Bujis:

It turns out that this displays properly when run on an actual Windows PC.
